Took nearly 3 weeks for a diagnosis and data recovery. Then when I just want to get it over with he says, \75 period\, but charges my brother 85 when he comes to pick it up. And lastly, a stripped screw and a gap from where he pried the case open (along with other dents and scratches). An absolute waste of time and I would caution anyone who decides to use his services. Go to Geek Squad or Micro Center they were both extremely helpful and agreed that it shouldn't take so long or cost so much.

Bill is the best tech guy around town, he is cheaper than other places and does more work than the other places. I forgot a part of my PC build and he went to micro center for me to pick it up. I recommend him to anyone that needs tech support

Bill was exactly what I needed when my desktop broke during my move to Columbus. Finding a good computer repair place is always a struggle and I really lucked out stumbling across Bill. He was extremely helpful in diagnosing the problem and assisting me and getting my desktop back up and running after a cracked motherboard. Here are just a few pictures of my new desktop after Bill put it together, with some fantastic cable management. I know if I have any issues i'll be going right back to him.
