Awful customer service would not help us unblock adress because of last tenate. We just moved here and were looking for internet and tv and he would not even try to help us. He was very short and said we were screwed.
This is supposed to be an authorized Dish tech. Needless to say my Dish is still not fixed, and have to wait another day for a REAL Dish technician, but let's discuss how he treats your home, and how he is rude and disrespectful. He tracked snow in my home, put his wet, snow covered shoes on my couch. Pulled my screen off by just tugging cable thru the window instead of removing the screen first (like everyone else has done), then wants to double charge me for a job he didn't even complete, like I said I have to wait for a REAL DISH TECH to come tomorrow. Oh, and when I called him out on the double charge(for a job he couldn't do)... he says I had to drive to get here, well I didn't choose his job, he did... then before he leaves he tell me to just keep the money apparently I need it more then him, and then slams my door in a man-child fit. Now, remember, he didn't even fix it. So, even tho you may not have a satellite, take heed to how he will treat you and your home.
