I love the cookies there and in my 14 years of buying cookies from there I had never had an issue til recently. First time order a cookie cake and when I went to go pick up, I was told they had cancel my order and sold it separately by slice. I ask why they cancel MY order and they go and tell me someone else had came by and cancel my order. The workers didn't not clarify who this person was and they did not authorize it with me. THAT IS THE WORSE SERVICE EVER. ALLOW ANYONE TO COME BY AND CANCELING SOMEONE'S ELSE ORDER WITHOUT ANY CLARIFICATION. Not only did they cancel my order, they gave me an attitude the moment I walked up to them. To make things worse, they ask me with a snarling attitude if I want what was left and points at the cut up cookie cake which no longer can see the design on it. I told them no and walked off. As I walked off they yell across the mall with an attitude how it's not their fault the order got cancel. I look back at them and said real professional. You guys have a horrible service. (When really it's just that lady alone couldn't handle a busy day and got overwhelmed and took it out on me.) Grudging after I walked off. Yelling unprofessionally across the mall. Allowing anyone to cancel someone's else order. The worse experience ever in a food industries business. I really hope corporate will change something about this and make it right. And someone needs to teach the old big lady how to serve customers respectfully not rudely, with immature acts and DEFINITELY SHOULD NEVER ACT UNPROFESSIONAL AT WORK.

I stopped by to get some domino cookies my favorite. So I walk to the counter and the manager Rachel didn’t acknowledge me. Her customer service skills are horrible plus the cookies was hard.
