We have been going here for over 8 years with two boys. I find scheduling appointments easy and the doctor very good. They have put us at ease About special visits and have diagnosed major problems fast.

It started out great. The doctor was good. I have been taking my child here for the past 5yrs. However it is time for us to leave. The support staff is horrible and since his doctor has retired there is no need for us to stay.They are very slow with filling out paper work and then become rude when you say something about it. It has happen to me twice since ive been going there. Once for fmla paperwork and another with my son preschool physical. The school has been waiting since august. They always tell you something different over the phone. Its very frustrating.

I am unable to contact anyone at this office whenever I call. I gave birth to my son last year and was constantly told to make appointments that I had no idea were not routine. Now, My insurance company is billing me an extra 400 for visits that they have submitted as abdominal pain, and feeding issues (not valid). The receptionist was VERY helpful but I would not recommend this office to anyone because of the lack of education provided prior to the visits. This seems like a ploy to get (new) moms to constantly come in unnecessarily so that they can continue to make money whether it be via insurance or parents.

I hate this doctors’ office and wish I could have given them zero stars. My daughter has been coming to dr. Shah since the day she was born—over 12 years now... in the last 6 to 7 years the staff is constantly changing, the turn over causes phone answering and scheduling conflict, the staff are completely incompetent and unprofessional, and in person they are extremely unpleasant. Dr shah herself was becoming quite distant in her own bedside manner in the the year or so leading up to her retirement. I like the new doctor a lot, but every thing else about this office leaves a lot to be desired. Don’t know how much longer I’ll keep my daughter a patient here.
