This is the only place you should go for mirrors / glass. My employer has happily used Binswanger over many years, so I called on them for a recent project in my home. They're super-professional and helpful on the phone, and when it comes to the in-person rep who comes out to your house to evaluate the job, Tim Canterbury stands head-and-shoulders above anybody else in the industry. Tim is experienced, super-knowledgeable, and personable. He went above-and-beyond to accommodate my timeframe, and he personally supervised and helped with the actual installation. I can't say enough good things about both Tim and Binswanger. They are the best!

I was quoted 175.00 to have a piece of grey laminated glass cut and installed with a \glue in process\ in lieu of a gasket between the glass and the fiberglass panel. After many delays and multiple trips, the glass was installed. When I picked up the vehicle, the invoice as for 348.04. Repeatedly, I have discussed this discrepancy between quoted priced and billed price and have been accused of being a liar. The documentation speaks for itself. I am still not being offered a refund and hope this warns everyone that what this company says and what they do are NOT the same.

Horrible experience, order my replacement window a month ago and was told it would take 10 days to arrive from the manufacturer. Window has been paid for so the company is in no rush and does not seemed bothered by the continued delays. We have contacted them four times inquiring about our window with no return calls as promised. They are lacking in customer service and I would not recommend to anyone.
