The front office staff was very friendly and had patience with guests. The medical assistants were also very friendly and helpful. The Nurse Practitioner Hannah Browdy went above and beyond to explain the tests and diagnosis’s from them to me in person. She made me feel comfortable with my results and educated me on my plan of care. I would recommend to visit Greystone AFC to anyone. While dealing with COVID-19 vaccinations and on going patient’s care, they are able to get people in and out without a problem.

I had an appointment at this location earlier today. The doctor I met with was kind and genuine. I was incredibly touched by the care she had, not only for my physical health, but also for my mental health. The nurses were also patient and very helpful. I would certainly recommend this facility.

American Family Care Greystone is awesome!!! The best experience from the front desk to the medical staff to the attending physicians!!! Drs Benton and Moore are wonderful!!! Couldn’t ask for better service!!!

I don’t even know where to begin, I’m new to the area and I had an emergency yesterday and with it being Sunday I had to go to urgent care. I wish I asked for the receptionist’s name because she was incredible! Everybody made me feel so welcomed and safe and I can not thank them enough for that! Dr. Moore was so helpful and understanding and professional, I am so fortunate that I was able to come to this location. What really made my visit absolutely perfect though was Ms. Alexis!!! I don’t have enough good words to say about her! As soon as I met her she was so inviting and sweet, she talked to me and made sure I was comfortable and it really felt like I was talking to a friend. Seriously, she made my whole visit so spectacular. This woman is beautiful inside and out and was such a bright light on my gloomy day! Thank you to everyone, but especially Alexis! The world definitely needs more people like you :)
