The Bison Burger was incredibly good, shoestring fries with lots or garlic also on point, I'm sure you could order them without garlic if you wanted. Service was great, very nice staff without being annoying. Bathrooms very nice. It is pretty tiny in there which I didn't love but the rustic decor was charming.

I got the pasta... I don't exactly remember the name of it but it was DELICIOUS! I absolutely loved it. The roasted tomatoes were juicy and squishy. The mushrooms, which I usually dislike, was absolutely delightful. The noodles were cooked perfectly and the sauce was absolutely lovely. I never had mandoy sauce before but I would again if it tasted like this!

Had ordered the muscles / pasta dish got home and was throwing up! None of the other three people in our group got sick and did not eat the muscles. My wife called to inform them of what happened and they didn't say thank you for letting us know, sorry, or any kind of sincerity. This was our third time eating here and will be our last! Good luck if you dare!

This occasion: fantastic food, poor service. When spending at or over 100 on dinner for two, one expects a certain level of service–this is common sense. Two-stars are given solely because the food in and of itself was completely without fault. Three stars were lost because of our waitress. Waitress spent 15min at a table of male guests conversing about everything under the sun–would she would pick a spouse based on their owning a swimming pool or wine cellar, the guests' thoughts on picking up girls at bars, and I would go so far as to say outright flirtation–all while my date and I were waiting for her to swing back around to order our dessert. What she did was disregard her job, and completely act as an individual, not a part of a machine. Being that she was one of at most two individuals waiting tables upstairs, she should have known better and been able to maintain professionalism, cutting away from superfluous conversation and avoiding the neglect of her other tables. I admit that I enjoy conversing and interacting with restaurant staff, they have a hard job and should be praised. I wanted to express my appreciation to the chef for his preparation of the meal, but when she swung by to ask how the meal was, she walked away Before I could answer her. If it were not for the fact that my date specifically asked me to refrain from telling the waitress how disappointed I was with her performance, I would have said something to her then and there. Moreover, had I been under any other circumstance, there would have been absolutely no tip left for her; however, I realized that to leave with an empty tip would reflect poorly on us, as we have visited this restaurant before and plan to continue making the drive from Provo, a tip for her subpar service would go miles. I will never set foot into this place again without a reservation, and advise those reading this to do the same. I hope that a reservation receives far greater customer service.

When it comes to Park City, I'm sort of a snob. When I'm up there I'm most likely the least wealthy in whatever venue I happen to be in. I'm wearing the cheapest clothes, and am usually the shortest. But that's why I like Park City. Being around people who are traveling, people who are educated and successful, people who are celebrating and people who are in general at a better point in their lives than I am my own. It's inspiring. But my star struck mood aside, Bistro 412, regardless of it's location and array of beautiful patrons, is a great location. There's many restaurants and bistros to choose from in Park City, all of which are pretty damn good. But that does not downplay the greatness of Bistro 412. We sat on the sidewalk in the beautiful weather as live music played across the street. Our server was very kind, as was the manager who came by to introduce herself. We got our drinks, which were delicious, and shared an appetizer. It was mushrooms, feta cheese, a balsamic glaze on top of French toast. It sound eclectic, and it is, and it was DELICIOUS. So often I find people trying to make odd fusion dishes to appeal to a hipster crowd, and often it's flash over substance. But this appetizer looked good, sounded good, and overall, it TASTED good. So the service was great, the food was great and the drinks were great. What a fantastic day! We should have ate full meals, but there were 4 other places I wanted to try out and didn't want to fill up on the first one. I got my fill of the success and potential that is Park City. But for now, I head back to Salt Lake, filled with delicious foods and joy of what may be down the road.

Excellent service and really wonderful food. We were able to sneak in on a busy Saturday and were absolutely delighted. Bonus: local beers on tap!
