Electronics we're not installed with correct marine shrink buts while checking new installation wires came apart we're not even crimped together. So I had to go over and redo all connections. Trolling motor was not as ordered at time of purchase agreement. Wanted and asked for Minn Kota got a motor guide. Then on second trip out in this new boat trolling motor come off bow of boat. Employee of Blackwater installed it with three sheet metal screws. Was promised a five year warranty on New Mercury motor . Because no paperwork at time of picking up new boat called Mercury to start warranty/registration so I could go ahead and start fishing. Owner of BWS says not he won't give me the five year warranty because of the coupon deal he has with Mercury. Not being able to use his coupons . Boat was supposed to have tie down straps. And roller on back of trailer to support motor. Took from 4-4-2017 till 4-27- 2017 to get these items after begging n pleading. Also sticker for trailer that's required by state. Got if 4-27-2017 didn't even notice it was missing..lol so pay close attention to detail when biting /ordering with them n check to make sure accessories r properly installed. Buyer Beware!!
