The customer service is great and prices great too.

We recently built a house and used Blackman for all of the plumbing products. More specifically we had the pleasure of having Brooke King guide us from start to finish. We can't say enough good things about her. She's a delight to work with, so warm and friendly. She's super knowledgeable. She's incredibly hard working. After spending countless hours with us the first day, we would call or email with tons of follow up questions and she would respond instantly. And on top of getting a quality product and top notch service, she made sure that the prices were super good as well. We highly recommend Brooke and Blackman.

In fact, everyone we dealt with at Blackman, from the showroom to the delivery people were super nice, professional, and great to work with. The showroom is beautiful, which gives you many ideas of how to best complete your project. We cannot speak highly enough of Brooke -- a true design professional with a strong work ethic and excellent follow up. We deferred to her expertise throughout the process. The showroom is an absolute WOW from the minute you walk in. There is nothing like it anywhere in South Jersey! I worked with Brooke King and she was amazing! Helpful, knowledgeable and very competitive with pricing. I would recommend anyone looking for plumbing fixtures, light fixtures as well as tile to consider Blackman and Brooke King first. I was in the market for a touch-less kitchen faucet and called over to Blackman for a price. Brooke in the sales office provided the price but also made a few suggestions on options. I decided to visit the showroom and that was a great idea because it was worth it. The showroom located on New Hampshire avenue in Lakewood New Jersey is impressive. If you want to see a variety of products from basic to high-end they have it. In addition to the selection Brooke the sales representative is knowledgeable and very helpful. I highly recommend stopping in for your next project.
