I personally really like the new manager he is very helpful and works with his customers to make sure they are happy with the product they have chosen. If you have an issue he is more then happy and helpful to get things to your satisfaction. Im very pleased that he is in the blackwell store now.

My refrigerator went out, so since I have leased with hometown for at least 2 years, that's where I went. At 10:00 am I was told I would have a refrigerator today by 6. He said he had to go and get it which would make it around 6. Ok cool. The website advertised 10.00 for the first week on any new lease. At 5:15 I get a text saying it would be tomorrow because Tyler didn't know anything about the 10.00. Look at your website !!!!! No opportunity was given to even go ahead and pay the full down-payment . Just nope you have to wait. Well guess you just lost a sale. If you are going to be a manager you should know what sales or specials are going on. By no means is it the other guy working, he is just the messenger. The manager had plenty of time to find out about the sale and call me.

We have been Home Town customers for several years, I have had nothing but awesome experiences with them. I have my favorite person, Ty Enochs that I can call and count on for anything! The mattress he recommended is wonderful, totally love it! It is so great to have a company and person to go to that you know will take care of you regardless of what you need! I hate that I can only rate it 5 stars cause he’d have every star in the galaxy! I appreciate him and Home Town more than I could ever express!
