The store manager Jessica is amazing!!! She’s has helped me with purchases and jewelry inspections multiple times. She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. On this occasion I had several pieces of jewelry from Kay with inspections due on all of them. Due to several factors I am being extra cautious because of COVID and not really going to stores. She helped me get all my jewelry cleaned and inspected quickly and in a way that made me feel comfortable. I also had several pieces from Zales also due for inspection who was not willing to assist me in any way that was in my comfort zone when it comes to safety. Jessica went out of her way to assist with that as well. Do yourself a favor and if you’re looking for jewelry at the outlets definitely stick to Kay!

we visited the store 30 minates before closing and wanted to resize our rings. while one person checked our rings, the other one was already cleaning the glass. I asked the second person to check my pendant and I was told she could't as they would close in 30 !!! minates. Then I asked to do the inspection of my ring and got the same answer. 30 minates - it's working time of the store, and then we were told that we came late !!!!! well, I'm not sure this is exactly a customer shoul here

Horrible experience today at Kay Jewelers. Due to covid I know there is restrictions but they made us stand out in the cold when they were assisting one other customer. No other jewelry store near them made us do that. Then the lady opened the door and she said hold on I have to put these signs up before I can let you in the store then shut the door in our faces. Then she opens the door coughs in my face and was sniffing. I had to just walk out I was very disappointed with there customer service.. very unprofessional and no selection on earrings
