I have lived here for almost 3 years now. In the heart of downtown Little Rock and I LOVE it! I can walk to so many local shops and restaurants. An industrial feel apartment with wall to wall windows. Block 2 also offers a fitness center and awesome rooftop patio! I highly recommend living here if you're interested in living downtown!

We stayed at wallace building. It was a great place to live if covid did not happen and all events including comic con was not cancelled.
It's in a great location but it's very dated and the staff can be either fire breathing dragons or just eh people. They aren't really great about Communications either, especially when it comes to pest control. You do have the freedom to modify things in the apartment like paint color and other little upgrades so that's nice.
I have loved this place since the day I moved in! My apartment is unique and modern plus there is a fitness center and patio hang out area. The building is in a great location too. Many times I go days with out driving anywhere. I just walk to restaurants, etc near Block 2. Highly Recommend!
I have previously written a review for Block2 that was not favorable, but now that there is new management this place is so much nicer. they listen to your problems, great environment, and they are very professional. love living here now
