I came to purchase a few bundles for a sew in. The woman there was very helpful. I came to the Bloomfield location, really close to stop n shop. I love the quality of the hair, its very silky. You have to ring the bell to be buzzed in. They also sell lashes and hair products. Not your local beauty supplier, BUT if you need bundles, this is where to come.

I don’t even know where to begin. This was the worst experience I ever had in my ENTIRE life in terms of online ordering. On Feb. 28, 2020 at 10:55am I ordered a “Lace Frontal Wig Grade 6A - Deep Wave”. I received an email confirming my purchase along with a receipt. Two days later I received an email from the owner thanking me for my purchase, which I attempted to respond to but for whatever reason my message was not being delivered. Two weeks after the purchase date I still haven't received any hair, nor a tracking number. The owner didn't even think to reach out to me and explain what was going on with my order. I called the owner and he told me I would have the hair within the next two days. Two days came and went and I still had NO HAIR. I called again and I was told the wigs previously weren’t in stock, apparently he had just received a new shipment the same day I called (Shouldn’t he have mentioned that the wigs were out of stock the first time I called?) and that he would be sending it out to me that same night. I waited another three days and I still had no wig. I texted and called him the number and I was now being told that the company did not sell wigs. He told me the woman in charge of the site had accidentally typed “deep wave wig” instead of “deep wave frontal” (AFTER WEEKS AND WEEKS OF TALKING TO THIS MAN YOU’D think he’d know the inventory of his OWN store right?). I then asked for a refund and he said it would be issued and I’d receive an alert via email. Four days went by and I got no alert so I called and asked him what was going on with my refund, he told me he would issue it right now and at that very moment I received an alert to both my phone and email (This was on March 19, 2020). Orders from China even given the current circumstances are much more reliable, PLEASE BE AWARE OF MAKING ONLINE PURCHASES WITH THIS COMPANY. This was a pathetic encounter that I wish I avoided but you live and you learn.
This was my first time buying hair and the feel of the hair I just love it. The women who helped me with my purchase was respectful and very nice. Definitely would go back and buy hair from here again.

Antonio in Elizabeth in 2017 and still have the hair to this date. I wanted to order new bundles for my birthday and decided to order online & get my order shipped to my house. When I tell you from the moment I pressed send payment I have had nothing but a headache from this website I am not kidding. Online and the locations in Bloomfield and Elizabeth and NOT ran by the same people at all. Online is completely unprofessional while these locations are left to pick up the pieces. If you order online, I’m letting you know right now, you are giving your money away. You will not be receiving that hair in the mail that you expect. It isn’t coming, only broken promises are coming to get you off of whoever is running “bantoniohairsupply.com”s’ back. They tell you things just to shut you up for a little while then ignore your emails & calls. They make sure to spell their email incorrectly so that when you’re trying to email them about your order the emails don’t deliver. Everything about the online website breathes scam. I ordered my hair online & paid for shipping just for this man to yell at me telling me my order is coming & if I don’t want it shipped I can pick it up. After waiting as long as I did, I told him I would pick it up. He had to call the owner of the store in Bloomfield to give me some hair that was HIS responsibility. I appreciate that this location gave me bundles from this terrible experience online.
Great customer service. The owner was very helpful and went above and beyond in helping me purchase the right hair. I was even provided with info for a local shop that was open today. Natural wave.
