Don't have them set up account with Tempoe, it's a scam, I was told 6 months as as cash, still charging my account, they want me to either return the item which I paid for or pay an additional 497.00 .. TOTAL SCAM

I have been going to this jewelry store for about 2 years. I will no longer go here anymore. He recommended me to go through a loan company called \Acima Credit\. I paid this loan off which costed me over 2k May 7th, 2020. I still haven't received my jewelry from him. I told him to cancel and refund me. He said the company would refund me. I called Acima, they told me he has to refund me since the loan has been paid off. He now has my number blocked I know he has it blocked because I called from my work phone and it went through perfectly fine. I also still have not received my refund.
