We have well water and it was starting to stain everything. Springsoft did a great job of testing our water and suggesting the best system to take care of our water. Ken did the installation during the Co-vid pandemic and was very conscientious about wearing gloves and a mask. He was also very patient with me while explaining the various pieces of equipment. Can't wait to see the results over the next few days!

Would definitely recommend Springsoft again for all of our water filtration needs. Our salesman Al Shemluck was extremely knowledgeable about what exactly we needed for our water issues. Installation went great with Ken there install guy in and out with no issues.
Salt for our water softener was delivered to our home's garage instead of basement during the COVID-19 crisis by Ken. This was to protect both Ken and myself. I was informed the morning of the delivery the expected window of time for its delivery. I was also informed that he would be wearing gloves and a mask for my protection as well as his. Proper social distancing was maintained during the entire delivery including during the exchange of check and receipt with me using my reacher. All of this was done in a manner of minutes and I am satisfied. Thank you!!
Worst company I’ve over had the displeasure of working with before. Customer service very disrespectful. Also very Unknowledgeable. They work with tools from 1970s in 2020. The price is good. But don’t get roped into the bs they feed you over the phone. Will replace their units in 5 years time.
Ken was respectful and professional. He answered all questions and cleaned the area after installation.
