Delivery staff is polite, punctual and very accommodating. The extra services they offer, like free service calls for washer or dryer issues and loaner units should yours need to be serviced in their in-house service department make the shopping experience with American Rental far better than their competition. And don’t forget about the sales staff in the store, they go above and beyond for their customers every day.

I went here because I know the owner. I like how good of a human being he is. His sales people were friendly and helpful. That's why my review stayed at five stars. However I was completely disappointed with the delivery. The guys who installed the washer and dryer did extremely terrible. This is the worst installation I've ever seen..

I have purchased a mattresses, a washer and dryer set, and furniture. Everyone is very pleasant and easy to work with. I love that my items are delivered to my home, and set up for me. Anne made the whole experience very easy and comfortable. I will continue to be a repeat customer!

I have rented several items from the Bloomington location. Even after they were paid off the items have remained in excellent shape! Not only are their products great quality, so is their staff. I have been coming there for so long that they call me by first name when i come into the store!! This gesture makes me feel like a very high valued customer!! I would recommend their products and this location to any and everyone!

Have been a customer for many, many years. Sharon has been instrumental in keeping me a customer. I know she has since moved to a different role however, I continue to have nothing but positive experiences with great employees. Anne has always been very friendly and helpful. And, just today the two men they sent to fix an appliance that had stopped working were extremely friendly and professional. They got the job done in no time at all. I one hundred percent recommend anyone to use their business for your needs.
