Great staff, great cause, great experience! Plus you can make some easy money helping others. They’re very clean and I’ve never had any issues. The Bloomington location is by far the best. Everyone is so nice and helpful.

I had covid. I don't need the money. I have tried SO hard to donate purely to help people. I jumped through all of their hoops 4 times, including getting external medical records sent, before I was actually able to donate. I come back for my second donation, answer their questionnaire honestly, and DESPITE having already jumped through all of their hoops and been approved by their nurse over that answer (not a thing has changed)...a nurse has to approve my questionnaire. And the nurse left early, which they didn't bother to tell any of their future appointments. So my 45 minute round trip, previous donation, and all my records on file...and they turn me away. Say come back tomorrow and hopefully a nurse will be in. I'm so TIRED. I don't know whether I'm going to come back and try again.

Even through the pandemic the staff have always been very friendly and professional. Experienced staff have done a phenomenal job of training new staff under the stressful conditions.

I’ve always had excellent service at this location. Sure the waits can be long sometimes, but I’ve never had a bad needle stick with the crew in the back. Ashley, April, Tyler and Nathan are always fantastic and awesome! All these people deserve a raise for their excellence!

I have been giving for years. The staff has always been kind to me. The last few months have been crazy and I appreciate that they have tried to adapt to keep clients safe and happy. A short season of frustration isn’t enough to lose a star from my experience.
