Found a used car online that I was interested in, submitted a form on the site and was speaking with a salesperson shortly after. I worked with Steve Bush, he was friendly, not pushy at all, and made the experience enjoyable all around. He educated me on the warranty the vehicle I was looking at had, what could be purchased, and didn't pressure me into the additional warranties that I said no to. I will say this, the price you see online seems like the price you'll pay for the vehicle you're looking at--at least that was my experience. I gave an effort while speaking with their used car manager to get them to budge on the price. I knew coming in that it was a comparably solid deal, however, I still had to try--they did not budge. He gave me a spiel on feeling like \winning\ when negotiating the trade-in value of my car and the price for the car I was looking at. I could've done without that. In the end, we were able to come to an out the door price that I felt good with. The finance manager, Don, was friendly and both he and Steve were understanding of me dropping the ball on having the lien release for my paid-off car, something I overlooked. I was able to order and have it expedited to the dealership. All-in-all, I'd say it was a positive experience. Steve was kind, friendly, and knowledgeable, and not at all pushy.

Shout out to Ryan McCarthy for making this experience amazing! I have never bought a car from a dealership before. Ryan was on it from the minute I sent in my request! I inquired on Friday and picked up my car Saturday afternoon :) It was a busy Saturday, but Ryan did not skip a beat! Thanks again, I love this car!!!

I was greeted before I made it in the door, even on a busy Saturday. Multiple sales members checked in with us to ask if we had been helped, offer water, etc. So much different from the first dealership we stopped at in Burnsville. I test drove a few different vehicles and did not feel any pressure to choose the biggest or most expensive one. Sales staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Ultimately very pleased with my new Jeep!

I had a great experience yesterday when purchasing a new 2021 Ram big horn! Steve Bush was very nice and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. I couldn’t be more happy with this truck. When I need another vehicle I’ll definitely be going back to Steve!
