I've donated here a couple of times and have had good experiences both times. I definitely plan to donate at this location again, my only two sort-of complaints are these: they're somewhat inconsistent with thank you gifts (once, I had my pick of a dozen unique red cross items, another time I got literally nothing except the snacks), and I wish the staff was a little more pro active about welcome guests at the door. Both times I walked in I was ignored and had to figure out where to check in and wait on my own.

I've been a blood donator for years because it helps people and makes me feel like a good person. This place is completely understaffed, unorganized, not clean, etc. Requires appt: made one for 1:30, got there at 1:10, sat there until 2:20, didn't even donate and left. If you can donate while in a different city, or at the hospital instead, definitely consider before going here. I will never be back. Pitiful.
Each time, no good deed goes unpunished. If you don't mind waiting to give blood, this place is the only place to be. It's not well staffed, so you will wait awhile to the point of boredom, especially if you don't have an appointment. Trying to give blood (o) out sheer goodness isn't a priority for this blood bank. The staff literally makes walk-ins feel it is more of a burden for them if you don't have an appointment, during normal business hours.
