Went in one day to test drive a vehicle with Tony! He seemed nice and knowledgeable. Applied for vehicle and here it is two days later and haven’t heard anything from the let alone a call back after messages left! This is place is unprofessional and they don’t care about they customers unless they have A1 credit clearly! Couldn’t even call to tell me I wasn’t approved if that was the case!! Will never refer or stop here again!!

Great Experience! My wife and I bought a used Yukon XL Denali from Tony and we love the vehicle. Unfortunately, about 28 days after bringing it home we started to have a couple problems. I called Tony and explained the situation and he didn't even hesitate. He said bring it in, we'll take care of you. And they have. The very next morning I had a 9:00am service appointment. The service advisor, Lance, was extremely accommodating and even sent me home with a loaner vehicle. I always thought all dealerships were the same, but after dealing with Luther I've changed my mindset. The salesmen aren't pushy or preoccupied, its a clean and inviting place, and they will go out of their way to make the buying experience a good experience. I'd go back.
