Took some devices in for repair. They gave an estimate upfront. The repair cost exactly how much they said it would. I was most impressed with their communication. They gave updates while waiting on parts and the repair. After the repair, they followed up to make sure everything is still working. It is rare for a business to communicate so well with their customers.

I was hit with the “screen of no return” on my IPhone 10, I called Apple, after a 2 hour conversation plus wait, nothing! So I went to AT&T, help but no help, at&t suggested Normal gadgets in Bloomington on Eldorado- not only did they give me choices, information and great customer service (no matter how much or little I knew about my phone issue). The repair and the process was more than I could have asked, my phone is like new, the price was below any Facebook do it yourselfer’s and most importantly the Kobe was done fast! Super fast! This is your phone, everything you need is on your phone! Don’t make a mistake, call normal gadgets first!
