I contacted Jen for a problem we had with kitchen remodeling. She helped us quickly by providing different options, She even spent her time creating picture from her kitchen design software to help us understand better. She was very professional, courteous, very helpful and knowledgeable. She did not charge us for the help. I would definitely recommend. Excellent customer service.
