Blue Marlin is the BEST around!! Very very happy with pool installation and quality..BUT the service and caring AFTER the pool is in is where they shine!! 10 yrs later and Always treat us like the day they put our pool in... always help us... you can call on a fri night or sun... they answer, troubleshoot and have someone out there ASAP... GREAT GREAT company!!

From start to finish, Blue Marlin pools has been outstanding. Our designer Chris Foster was a pleasure to work with and the staff was friendly and helpful. Communication is KEY and during the build process, Chris and Russ always brought me up to speed on the construction phase and always answered my questions. To say we’re happy with their service is an understatement. We are SO happy with our pool and have been enjoying it all year long. Just recently we were having an issue with our spa loosing water. We were having to add water to our pool twice a week. I called Blue Marlin Pools and spoke to Anthony who had me try a couple of things to pinpoint the problem. A day later, there was a person out at my home and found that one of the jets was leaking. It was fixed and repaired in a day and that’s what I call customer service. I would recommend Blue Marlin Pools to anyone!

I almost didn't write a review about my experience, but with such an expensive investment, I felt like other potential pool customers need more information for their research to find the right company.......... I contacted Blue Marlin pools for a quote on our dream pool. I talked to John Foster to come out and design our pool. After waiting weeks for him to have an opening, he came out while I was at work to look at my property. John then called me and said that Blue Marlin Pools would have to pass on the project. I was shocked and asked why, he informed me that because I had 5 palm trees that needed to be taken out (which I had already had a company contracted to remove them) the pool would be to difficult of a job and they were scheduling 2 pool digs a week. I felt like instead of this company working with me to design and build our dream pool, they are more worried about and as many projects instead of their customers. I have contacted 3 other pool companies and received quotes with no problems where the project would be completed. I am currently under contract with an awesome company. The design and price was the best and the staff has been awesome so far. If you want a pool company that doesn't care about the customer, only the then this is your company. hopefully this review will help with your choice!
