Take them a sample of your pool water, they test then tell you printed out what you need. Helpful knowledgable convenient prices reasonable quick enough, cool stuff to look at. Easy to find location

Rude. Simply rude. Never had a pool technician ever show up high or drunk till this place. The woman that scheduled our pool closing “forgot” and blamed my partner. Not to mention one of the techs turned off my valves and caused a pump ring to go out. Magically its not their fault and don’t take reasonability. Good luck getting a hold of them too. They never answer their calls not return voice mail. Good thing we have a warranty or we would be out 1500 For a pool pump. Utterly incompetent.

Sent emails to two of their contacts listed on website (Haliegh and Matt) and waited to hear back two weeks, called the business line, got a number of a cell phone to Matt, texted and waited another week and a half or so, no response. Called the business again, no apology for not responding for nearly a month and no other direction given other than, \You can send another email.\ Matt is the owner. I TOTALLY UNDERSTAND 'busy-season' as we own a company as well, but to not even take 30 seconds to respond sometime during a MONTH wait and say we are scheduling for two months from now for first consultation is BAD BUSINESS. Hire someone to handle leads at the very least!!! I wonder how well they take care of you once you have paid your money! Husband was right...let's call someone else!

First time at the location found the gentleman there to be very knowledgeable. Even made short trip to his warehouse to get a five dollar part for me.
