My wife & I spent our Anniversary Getaway at Bluebird Ridge Cottages. Wonderful experience. Michael (Owner) provides everything that we needed....Even Skewer sticks !! Just an all around pleasant experience and beautiful location. Absolutely the Best Priced for our trip...unmatched !!! Thank you Michael.....We'll definitely be back !!!!
We stayed in Woods Edge cabin, and it was simply ideal for the two of us. It was very clean, very comfortable. The owner Michael was friendly and helpful, and quickly answered the phone when we had reason to call him twice. The 2 person hot tub was clean and worked well. The gas fireplace turned on with a flick of the switch and was very cozy for winter. Here is some hopefully helpful additional information: * there is a two burner hot plate and microwave, no stove * we had no problem with cell phone service (we have Verizon) * there is no wifi. We downloaded the Netflix app on our laptop before we went, and downloaded some movies so we would still have Netflix. Then when we realized we had cell service, we used our phones as wifi hotspots so we could use the internet on our laptops. * the 2 cabins are set well back off a small road. There is no problem with hearing or seeing road traffic. *The 2 cabins are maybe 100 yards apart. In the winter, if you look out certain windows or go to the edges of the back deck, you can see the other cabin. But we felt like we had sufficient privacy. * The back deck faced west and had a beautiful view of a ravine and then a more distant hill. All you can see is trees. * the shared firepit area is closer to the Pine cottage We highly recommend these cottages!
Bluebird Ridge Cottage \Little Pine\ is a sweet cozy little cottage in the woods just perfect for that romantic get away. My husband and I loved it!
We loved it! We wanted a weekend getaway from the hassles of work and the busyness of life. We could not have picked a more relaxing place. We loved the patio with the hot tub and the small meaningful touches around the cabin (including the book where people talk about their stays). I already want to go back. Thank you for the great weekend.
