Paul is friendly and personable. We hired B&M several years ago for snow removal and were very satisfied. We decided to hire them this year and continue to be pleased with their work. Small businesses need our support now more than ever. Paul listens and really tries to make his customers happy. Disregard these negative reviews. B&M has that personal touch and gets the job done!

We live out of state and we couldn’t get to our property in Brooklyn for the last storm so we called Paul the night before the snow storm. He quickly arranged to handle our property. The next day, Paul and his guys came right after the snow stopped and did a great job shoveling and salting our property. He gave us a good price for snow removal for the rest of the season and we are looking forward his continued excellent service for the remainder of the season.

Went with the good reviews and our condo contracted these guys. Guess what first snow and they are no where to be found. Multiple phone calls went unanswered. If I could give negative stars I would. Will be following up and making sure others are informed . Update: the claim that this was resolved is completely false. Paul is a fraud , who took the money and never performed the service

My advise to anyone reading this review is to stay away from B & M Snow Removal Services Inc. *** DO NOT ENGAGE THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND WILL NOT PROVIDE THE SERVICE***. I contacted this company on 1/31/2021 and spoke with Paul. I agreed to pay for the entire season at the insistence of Paul since he claimed that he did not want to have to pursue customers for unpaid balances and there was a discount if I paid the full amount for the season. In consideration of the major snow storm forecasted for 2/1/2021, I agreed and paid the entire amount for the season. As per Paul's email and our agreement, the payment would cover 24-hour unlimited seasonal snow removal and calcium chloride services through 4/21/2021. Paul also indicated that a certificate of insurance would be provided on 2/1/2021 via his insurance broker. Paul/B & M failed to provide any snow removal services since entering into contract on 1/31/2021. Additionally, the certificate of insurance was not provided by Paul/B & M or his insurance broker. Paul initially appeared friendly and professional; however, he had not responded to my numerous voicemails and emails seeking an explanation for his/B&M's failure to perform the servicers for which I paid in full. Paul finally contacted me on 2/17/21 after I sent him an email on 2/16/21 indicating that I would contact the Attorney General’s office, Better Business Bureau and Department of Consumer Affairs. When I finally spoke with Paul on 2/17/21 he provided a series of excuses why he/B & M failed to provide the services as per the agreement. However, Paul could not explain why he had failed to respond to my prior phone calls and emails; only responding when I indicated that I would have to contact the aforementioned organizations. Paul then agreed that he would refund the amount I paid by Friday, 2/19/21 since he/B & M had failed to provide any of the services indicated in our agreement. To this date, Paul/B&M has not issued the refund.
