They always sought solutions that were cost-efficient and fully met our needs. They stay current with new technology and assisted us with negotiations with any of our Technological contracts such as telephone, Internet etc. Their current and in-depth knowledge of these systems always saved us money as well as providing excellent service. I cannot speak highly enough about the staff and service we received. Being in the medical field, downtime with our computers or phones was completely unacceptable as our patients need to be able to contact us 24 -seven as well as having access to needed records. They designed and maintained our website, patient contacts Systems like our patient portal and electronic medical visits. We have been with BMA Enterprises for many years . They manage all of our hospital billing in several of our practices . This is one of the easiest systems to use both for billing and for developing reports to monitor productivity. It is user friendly and very intuitive and can be learned very quickly . The staff is extremely responsive and is always available to quickly make changes to personalize the system for a particular practice . I believe this system has made us much more efficient in our patient billings and has resulted in a significant increase in our collections . I give it my highest recommendation
