My vehicle had a recall and it was handled quickly and flawlessly. The whole staff there is very friendly and accommodating as well. Also bonus points for the seat covers and paper floors mats that I saw were being put into vehicles waiting to be serviced before anyone even got into them.

I started servicing my 2014 3 series wagon here a couple years ago instead of taking it to Niello. They've always taken great care of me. This time I had Jeff Brown. Although he's only been at the service center for about 7 months he was very friendly, thorough, and professional. The wagon needed significant service this year, but he completely explained everything that should be done now and what items could be postponed. I'd definitely work with Jeff at BMW of Roseville again!

The transaction was smooth and easy. Didn't felt pressured buying the vehicle. Ali was our sales person and is very knowledgeable and very accommodating. Tom was also great during the final moment of obtaining our vehicle. He took the time to explain what we are getting and why we need it. Overall, customer service was exceptional and would highly recommend to family, friends, and anyone who is interested and ready in buying a luxury car.

I usually avoid the dealer as prices are too high for service. My only complaint regarding yesterday's visit is that as a customer, why do I have to seek someone out for assistance? Arrived, sat in my car waiting for someone to greet me. After 5 minutes and no one coming out to greet me, I got out of my car and started looking for my service writer. Once I found her, things went smoothly from there. That's my beef. Otherwise, everything went smoothly and I was out of there about 45 minutes after arriving.
