First off, horrible rent details. Paying almost 500 for a sink that will never work, heater that can literally take my life and a microwave that doesn't work either. That's ridiculous, and should be removed. Also the Landlord (Cathy) knowing this does nothing to get it done. Plus the fact that is rude to assume people bringing bugs and dirty things to a place. If you actually look at the place, it's old, uh duh. Of course it's going to have animals crawling around, it's too damn old! Also randomly making up prizes for rents for people you like and don't like isn't right either. I would give this less than a one star, but I'll give this place charity for my kindness.
