This company is a complete fraud. Customer service is nonexistent, they make it seem like they’re doing YOU a favor by allowing you to book with them over the phone. Since the beginning of our interaction it was obvious their intentions were to deceit and manipulate us into booking a boat with them. Unfortunately, we did not realize this until we showed up to the dock. The person on the phone failed to disclose their policy when booking a boat w/o a captain. They also failed to mention they do not refund ANY money nor do they issue discounts for any inconvenience on their part. This was a very unpleasant experience. Not satisfied with taking our money they are threatening to sue for defamation and slander because of the negative feedback they’ve received due to this incident. These are money hungry individuals who feel no remorse taking peoples money. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. They will definitely ruin your trip. We are not from Miami and we didn’t know any better.

SCAM ALERT!! I never do this but this was the worst experience I have ever had. I rent many boats in this area being from Texas and all. I had a hunch that this place was shady and I still went with it. They told me one price over the phone, I gave my reservation payment and the day of the rental they raised my total price. When I wanted my money back they refused to refund me. The customer service was horrible and the boat driver had no clue of what was happening. My kids and I walked away without a boat ride in Miami. Do not book this company. Hook Em Horns!!

This company is INSANELY PETTY. My wife left a negative review for this company after a horrible experience we had with them last week. Today she began receiving calls about a Craigslist ad from Florida. WE DO NOT LIVE IN FLORIDA. This company used her personal information and posted it on a PUBLIC platform because they did not like that we spoke up about the horrible experience we had with them! They even threatened to sue us if we posted a negative review! And yet they think releasing personal client information is somehow legal??!! DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! They will steal your personal information and use it against you. For reference, this is the only company in Florida who had my wife's number as we did not book or do anything other than this boat ride with her phone number during our time there! ALSO, all of the 5 star reviews on here are fake!

Do NOT TRUST this company! Kept my deposit while on vacation and left my family STRANDED, ruining our whole day planned. ZERO STARS. Entire staff will treat you like you’re nothing. When you try to ask them for some help they say they cant and that its your fault. DONT BOOK. They also will use your personal info if you hold them accountable. Will post your phone number publicly to get back at you. DONT CALL!

We booked with this company based on the positive reviews. We now see that most of the 5 star reviews on here are fake. This company made us waste a whole day of our vacation, 1st: because they said the location was only 15 minutes away, only to provide the destination address AFTER we paid and we saw it was actually almost an hour away. 2nd: because they failed to inform us of the rules regarding a captain for the boat, they only asked if the person had a valid drivers license. We told them multiple times we were from out of town NOT from Florida and yet not until arriving at the dock did the gentleman inform us of the age, boating license and experience requirements. 3rd: we were stranded an hour away from our Airbnb with no boat, no captain, were told by a security to leave the premises AND to top it all off this company admitted NO fault to their actions. They were rude and did not try to accommodate us due to their lack of communication and only talked money from the get-go (which should have been a red flag to begin with, I admit). They refused to refund us our deposit even though it was their fault and we never even stepped foot onto the boat. They don’t care about their customers or their customers experience. Do your research people. Don’t believe these “one sentence reviews”.

The 72 foot princess yacht rental experience was great from the very first phone call I made to inquire about dates availability and pricing. I’d recommend asking about current deals as that saved me a good amount of money by renting the 72 foot yacht at a bargain instead of the 85 footer I originally called about. Great costumer service, they really made my whole group feel like we were on top of the world.

One point that really impressed me was how knowledgeable the staff members are as well as how punctual they are as far as reservation departure and return. 5 star boat rental company all around as far as my experience goes.

Miami is a little bit chilly this year so I chose to take my girls out on a yacht instead of a normal size boat for more protection From weather, etc... we had a very nice time, the captain John was great and his mate (not sure what her name was..) didn’t speak much English but luckily we all speak Spanish so we were able to communicate perfectly. The over rating is a solid 5 star on there yacht rental service and the costumer service.
