Recently I ordered some fly tying materials online from Australia. Deciding on which full capes to purchase was worryingly hard. They are quite the investment. It is also tough due to the nature of cape availability. The team at Bobb’s demonstrated the patience of saints as I swapped and changed my order at least 5 times due to availability issues. Nothing was too onerous for them. Could not recommend this place enough. In these crazy COVID times it is so pleasant to find people helping people. Thanks guys.

Deeply lacks a sense of customer service online and their website inventory is way off. I ordered several items from them that showed in-stock online. I just received my order in the mail today and over half the items I ordered were missing. I never received an email or a phone call to let me know they were out of stock. All they did was add a brief note on the receipt that the items that weren't included were backordered. I would have never placed the order with them if I'd known it would only partially be filled. Spend your dollars somewhere else with a company who'll provide customer service and who has the capacity to keep their inventory up to date on their website. There are too many good companies out there. Give your business to anyone but BM.
