Boba Tree has always been one of my favorite boba tea shops in the valley. So glad they opened a new location super close to us! Friendly staff and delicious drinks. I got the Taro Smoothie with fresh taro, so good!

Our experience went pretty well I guess. Yesterday we went to this boba place and it sounded really good. We went there and there were two people talking very loudly and they weren't wearing masks. We asked for a large and they said they only had medium. The cup was labeled small. When our drinks were done I had a large and they said they were out of large. When we went home I was half way done with our drink I placed it down and the bottom lid came off. We had to clean it up but overall the drinks were very delicious and the boba was very good. It was a little bit unprofessional but its ok because I understand your trying to get used to a new business but in time you'll get better:)

Not a cafe I would go to for a second try. When I entered there was no welcoming gesture nor indication of helping me whilst looking at the menu. Staff was just in the back, going back & forth. Great looking place though. I recommend the other location though! This one seems not as friendly. I was looking forward to this.

Scrumptious tea and smoothie options, very authentic to the boba experience I had in Taiwan. Love the cups, too! Plus, it's an adorable little shop, and appears to have great safety and hygiene precautions

This place is close by my house so I was super excited to try it. My sisters tried it first though. One sister went on Friday and one went on Sunday (which they both were not aware they went). They said the boba/ drinks are pretty good, very similar to other boba shops. The one thing they did not like was the service. Rude staff. It was a young chinese girl and chinese boy. Their mannerisms was rude and not friendly. If you want to get horrible service then come here. Go figure, that two of my sisters at TWO DIFFERENT DAYS AND TIMES had similar experiences. The young chinese girl and boy also was not familiar with the menu, and misplaced one of our orders, even after they told the girl twice. I will not recommend my friends or anyone in that matter to go there. After hearing these two horror stories, I know for sure I am not trying this place out. One good thing was the owner was nice to my sisters. Two stars overall.
