I received the most through hearing evaluation that I have ever received from someone who is passionate about what they are doing, as they have been experiencing hearing loss themselves and want to use this experience to help others. Bob also was able to clearly explain all aspects of the results and what corrective actions could be taken when applying to the recommended hearing aid instruments. They have a wide selection and price ranges and are clearly able to explain the differences between the offerings. When I received the new instruments, Bob painstakingly and meticulously made adjustments to make sure we were optimizing what the instruments were capable of correcting. Bob clearly enjoys his work and has a high level of expertise in performing it. I highly recommend both Bob and Bob's Hearing Center.

Bob checked my hearing, gave me many choices. After testing it was determined I'm not a candidate for a hearing aid. My hearing is still good, a hearing aid in my case would have been a poor choice for me. Bob did not try to sell me anything after the examination. A very honest doctor. Anybody would and should appreciate this kind of service.
Bob was courteous and very informative. I value his opinion, didn’t feel pressure into purchasing another hearing aid, but gave me some options on new ones. He adjusted my hearing aids cleaned them. Still might purchase them but have to weigh the pros and cons for the purchase of them. I would definitely recommend his services.
My experience with Bob's Hearing Center has been really great. Bob, himself, is so very knowledgeable about hearing aids and is very helpful in explaining all the pros and cons of different models. I'm glad I was directed to him for help with my hearing problems.
I can hear again! Bob and Phonak have given me my hearing back. I did not know what I was missing until I had Bob test my hearing and give me Phonak hearing aids. I'm a new person. Bob takes his time with you, described all of the hearing deficits you have and then explains the hearing aids. He gives you options and allows you to choose what is right for you, then he backs it up. I love my hearing aids, easy to put in, batteries last a long time and I can hear so good. I recommend Bob's Hearing aids.
Bob was wonderful, humorous, and very friendly. He was patient with my mother, and was very thorough with his procedures. I would recommend him to others who are in search of getting hearing aids. The receptionist was also very friendly. We learned a great deal about hearing aids.
