Took the 63-hour Real Estate Sales Associate class with Gaspare! Cannot recommend this school and instructor enough! Gaspare made the material fun and easy to learn. He used real world examples that helped us not only remember the material for the test, but also helped prepare us to be great real estate agents. Request him if you can! I will definitely be taking my continuing education with him, he is AWESOME! Thanks Gold Coast!

I was fortunate enough to have Laura Higgins as my instructor. she taught our class in a way that made us understand the rules, laws and details of the course. Laura went over many topics repeatedly to make sure the whole class understood all the details.. I feel very lucky!!!
I took the 20 Hr MLO course. Dan was so organized and informative. The course went by very fast he prepared us well for the exam.
Just passed the exam and feeling super confident to pass the state exam to get my real estate license! Gaspare is a great teacher and is really knowledgeable about the real estate industry. He made it very easy to learn the material. I will be requesting him as a teacher for the post license course!
Gold Coast was extremely helpful in preparing me for the State General Contractors exams. I passed all 3 the first time. Wally Lawson did a great job providing insight and information to take the exams. I would recommend his classes.
