I had an incredibly positive experience with Debbie at Millers Elegant Hardware. I remodeled my home and wanted to use my original Dornbracht faucet (which was no longer made). Unfortunately, I needed to replace a part. After Dornbracht sent out a few parts to try, I finally received one compatible with my unit. The only reason that happened was Debbie kept on top of the service rep to keep trying different parts until one worked. Debbie's work ethic and desire to please was the only reason this was solved. The interesting thing is the faucet was installed in 2002 and Debbie took care of it as if it were a recent purchase. I feel she went over and above helping me solve the problem.

He was patient, courteous, funny and very attentive to my needs. I left completely satisfied with my product selections, pricing, and the quality of service I received.
