Great customer service. Live on the other side of the state. Bought a boat from them. Had boat all ready for us to pickup. Ray went over every ounce of the boat. Andy and his staff were great to have paper work ready so we could get back home. Had a few issues with engine on first outing. Was taken care of monday morning early. You guys are the best. Keep up the good work!. Stayed in touch with us during the week as we were buying it. Helped us in every way.

Salesman Colin Luba was very helpful. Even after I had bought my boat and I am back in Nevada he is making sure that every I is dotted and t is crossed. He made it a very great buying experience. Idaho marine was great all together! Some businesses don’t care after you have signed the papers. But everyone here did the best that they could to get me on my way back home. I highly recommend them to anyone needing any kind of marine service. They really care and that’s nice in this day in age.

Just picked up our boat, amazing work! We were in a bad storm and the boat was severely damaged. The original quote we got for it was 19k, inland marine did this for 1/3 of the price!!!!!! We were going to have to total it and take a cheap payout from insurance so we are extremely grateful for you guys! It looks like a brand new boat!!!!!!!!!!!

1. Louise Bird took the time to help me register a boat that I had not bought from her business. She validated the serial number on my boat and made several calls to clear up a mistake that Washington State had done on the title. Meaning, the serial number on my boat did not match the serial number on my title. The state of Washington had added an additional letter to the title. Louise cleared it all up and I was able to register my boat in the State of Idaho. 2. In the past, I have gone to all of the boat stores in Caldwell, Nampa, and Boise looking for parts for my other and or current boats. They have more parts "on hand" than all of the other stores I have gone to. And if they do not have the parts on hand, they will order them in a timely manner. 3. Great customer service! Dropped my prop off on Tuesday and they said it would be finished by Friday. They called the next morning and said they had a surprise. I was worried they were going to say my prop was not repairable but they told me they had already repaired it and was ready to go. Not as pretty as the last time I had the prop repaired but it isn’t something you stare at. And saved me the hassle, money and down time of shipping. Prop was balanced correctly and eliminated my shudder. Will have them repair my prop in the future because sadly that’s a part of boating.
