If you want something different then this is your place. Flavors and textures that will keep you coming back for more. You don’t come here for the decor, all the flare is in the food. You eat with your hands. It is a very enjoyable and tactile experience. I can’t get enough of the spongy Injera flat great. Defining a restaurant that is on our short list.

Great food. Authentic atmosphere. Prepared and served by the natives of the culture. And the most expensive thing on the menu is 11 or so, not 20. #Go Africa !

Places like Kibrom's are why I love eating in the city! I am so happy to have an opportunity to experience these unique and vibrant flavors. We ordered the vegetarian plate with 5 options. Not because we are personally veggie, but the way they cook the lentils, particularly, is SO GOOD. I don't recall the names of all our choices, but one with carrot and cabbage was incredible! Needless to say the injera is fantastic (though, to be fair, it's the only place I've tried it!). We drove from an hour away just to eat here, and we will do it again. If I could give a 4.9 star rating, I would, simply because the restrooms needed a bit of work. On the other hand, they have few indoor diners at the moment with covid, so I understand. I love this place, eat here if you want to not only feed your face, but also have a culturally cool experience.

The samosa was really nice, but some of the dishes were just okay because it came out a little cold. I really like the lentils and menchet. The ambiance can be improved.

This restaurant is the best-kept secret in the valley. Family size servings, plenty of variety for the less adventurous, and you can absolutely taste the care that goes into making each dish

Something different. We ordered a platter and all the items were delicious and made the dinner really unique.

As good of Ethiopian food as I have every had! Every dish was superbly flavorful. If you like Indian food but may it too spicy sometimes, you will love the food at Kibrom's. The prices are reasonable. They are only accepting dine-in by reservation right now, and diners are really spread out inside, when there is anyone else at all. It feels COVID-safe to me. Highly recommended. I will definitely be back for more.
