The staff here is so laughably unprofessional it's not even funny anymore. I called the main line listed on Google and was told I have the wrong number followed by a hang up. I called again and the front desk hung up on me immediately and told me to call another number which is the actual dental line. I call that line and I'm told the other line is actually the dental line. I told them I would rather just be transferred and not play tag and the staff member goes \oh I know how to do my job go to another place if you don't wanna call back\ If the front desk is like this I can't imagine the service they give when you're at the dental chair. I would advise going to another place considering the large amount of negative reviews here.

0 Stars.... I don’t even think Alejandro Williams is a real dentist. Department of health should close this place he thinks he is in His natal country working with no ethic. HORRIBLE DOCTOR/PERSON.
I don’t usually comment but they have the worst staff ever, very unprofessional. I called to ask when was the last time I was there. A guy picked up the phone and just told me that he could not check because he was busy.
0 stars... seriously can't stress this enough PLEASE don't go here i got two root canals done Paid out of Pocket, and in now suffering from a gum infection. The new dentist i go to asked me if i'm sure this doctor was license because it's terrible.
False claims made to your insurance with things that were not done. When you call to speak to the billing dept., you're told that she's not there, 3 - 4 times out of the week. I literally said to them \When does she work? She's never there!\ You are sent to different locations that claim to not take the insurance but months later you have bills sent from your health provider. They try to get you to pay out of pocket instead of dealing with the insurance they say they take. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. They need to be investigated. Very shady.
