This is by far one of the greatest adventures to go on. We ended up renting 3 canoes for my family and had a great time on the river. The prices are great but the staff is the best. They are very knowledgeable and willing to help. You definitely see how busy they are but they don’t miss a beat. Come and enjoy. We sat so many ‘tubers’ and it was a wonderful family friendly adventure.

This place is awesome! We decided at 9am to kayak and they had us in the water an hour later. Everyone with whom we came into contact was so kind and helpful. It’s very laid back but efficient. Grant was very helpful and answered our way too many questions. Joe and Alex helped us out at the site and picked us up with our kayaks at the end. They were fun! Great attitudes and hard workers.

I went tubing twice this past summer and it was super fun! Grant was extremely helpful and kind. It was the exact amount of social distance and relaxation that I needed. Can't wait to go back next summer.

Was able to book with ease. Arrived 20 min early and they were in complete chaos. Was a free for all. The employees were doing their best but they needed help. The waivers were being thrown into a bin on a picnic table. Appointment times weren't being verified. A group that was scheduled for 30 min after our time was taken care of before us. Essentially we were fighting for floats. 2 of the 5 floats that we were given had holes, one didn't show until we were 5 min down the river. That wasn't fun. Once we did get going - it was beautiful weather and a nice ride. We helped throw the floats up to the employee that was on top of the van. He had no other help than us to get them loaded. Bottom line- the kids running the show need more help for it to run properly. I am hoping it was just an off day for them.

Grant was super nice every time I called to get info and finally make the reservation. We had a big group and he was nice enough to give us a group rate. We arrived to our appointment a little late, partly because the parking situation was a little dicey, but they didn’t say anything about it. It was a little confusing as to how to check in, but as soon as I identified one of the workers he was genuinely super nice, friendly and helpful. The only other disappointment we experienced was that due to the high waters from a heavy rain, we weren’t able to kayak like we had paid for and the way they were set up, we couldn’t get a refund until we called back later. (We were also given the option to take a rain check for another time this year). I wish we would have been notified before we got there so we could have been dressed more appropriately, but once we got going in the water, the floating was *so* fun and absolutely gorgeous scenery! Last but not least, when we got to the end, the young man that shuttled the drivers of our group back to the parking lot was also genuinely super nice, & friendly! All around, it was a really fun adventure and our whole group agreed that we would definitely go tubing again and would definitely use River and Earth again. (Just wish they would be slightly less chaotic at the check-in, and parking.)
