The service from customer service was good. They're very helpful but when it comes to the facility manager they're not very polite. You have to be on point and can't ask them any questions about their services. The trucker Angel Cruise was incredibly outstanding and super helpful when it came to dropping the pod at the final destination. He helped us with our driveway being all ice. I didn't have salt so he gave me his bag of salt. He went above and beyond.

Just got our POD delivered and had a wonderful experience with the driver, Gary. He was very personable and answered any questions I had as well as showed me how to lock the unit. He even gave me helpful packing tips. Was a very pleasant experience with all the stress that goes along with moving. Would definitely recommend!
Was given a written quote when I first signed up with PODS. Stored 3 containers with them for 5 months. After they were redelivered, the price went from 13.50 for delivery to 120 for delivery. When I contacted them about the price change, they took over a month to review and would only give me 97 back. Customer service is a joke. On the other hand, the drivers who did pick up and delivery were great.

2nd time client and not happy with the customer service at the Corporate level and of this location. I had a defective unit (leaked) but dont fault them for that. Things happen. I do have a problem with the lack of response and unwillingness to correct the issue in a timely manner. I called Saturday morning when I opened my Pod unit after a couple days of heavy rain and the unit is soaked. I spoke with a person that tried to get hold of the location to get another unit sent over. She said someone will get back to you shortly. 2 hours later, I had to call again to find out that they will not swap out the unit until Monday morning as their drivers were done for the day. Really, all their drivers are done by 10am on a Saturday?! I had people on site to pack the unit that and the following day as I am moving this week. I am out the money for the paid help, out 2 days of packing, had to burn another day of vacation for the swap out. Oh yeah, have to hire people again to come out to pack up AND burn a couple more days of vacation. Think they called to apologize for the inconvenience or offer a discount? Nope. Now I understand why they dont do following ups. Poor Service and will not be recommending them to my clients anymore - I am a Realtor. I will be posting on their other social media as well.
