The people running the store were very helpful and nice. I went to buy a pair of Western boot, shirt, and belt but they had nothing like what I was looking for. So left empty handed got on a plane and flew back to VA. Will try the Boot Barn off of S95 and see what they have.

Clean very nice store was welcomed as soon as I entered a lady helped me in the direction to waterproof non steel toe boots for work. I'm a serivce tech for dariys so comfortably and durability has to be #1 and the waterproof is a huge plus all of the employees were great and helped me with anything I need i would come back to boot barn over another store for my work ppe... thank you

It was ok. Not the best customer service but not the worst. Staff was more interested in talking to each other.

For a "boot" barn it seemed like they had more women's clothing than boots. Was hoping to get a just a cheap pair of black boots for work but they didn't even have anything under size 13 and I'm sorry that my job requests I wear black. And the the brand I liked I had to explain to the associate multiple times that i have owned and liked the boot but she insistent that it was the wrong choice as a ploy to get me to buy an more expensive boot I'm sure. Disappointing experience at the very least. Morale of the story; don't waste your time and just go to D&B instead

Wish they kept their boots in boxes so they’re not thrashed before even purchasing...

After thinking that I had really made a score shopping the multiple buy one get one free racks... so I wanted to stock up I combed through all the sale racks marked buy one get one free. after reviewing the recipet they were only buy one get one 50% off. to which there had only been one of the six racks that was marked that way. Upon questioning the sales associate she said oh well I must not have been shopping the right rack I explained I had shopped all exclusively the racks that were marked that way... I showed her that the clothes had indeed been on the racks marked that way and she apologized for me not understanding how the sale worked... the check out process was painfully slow.. I feel mislead and taken advantage. I understand when clothes get put on the wrong rack but there were multiple racks with the same signage and on all sorted into sizes. Do better... Be better don't purposely mislead your customers.

Purchased an adult pair of cowboy boots and toddler cowboy boots and a Toddler cowboy hat. I was asked if I wanted a box for the hat for 5. No box for the cowboy boots, you would think for as much money as one has paid you would get boxes for free. The cashier, Kayla was not friendly at all. I will never return to the Boot Barn. Would not recommend to anyone.
