It seems that when you buy a good pair of boots, the future necessity of needing a heel replacement ( a normal requirement) does not apply to there customer service. Either they don't wear boots, or it's just a make a sale objective. If you wear boots the heals are not a repair, but a simple eventuality. Disappointed in the response from management apparently I ran out of room for my response,,go figure employees management

Justin, the manager and his staff are extremely knowledgeable about products and inventory. I ordered a pair of working boots for Christmas gift, they arrived earlier than expected. Boot Barn, had a great selection and I found exactly what I was looking for myself or gifts Throughout the years.
They are definitely the place in town to go if you are looking for boots work or play. Lots of work wear and country style clothes.
