Hands down the BEST experience in all aspects. Staff was so kind and friendly. Waiting...wait there really was none! Dr. Arora was so easy to talk to. He actually took time to get to know me. He listened to my concerns. He made me feel comfortable and was very professional in every way. Definitely have found my new dermatologist!!!

Dr. Arora was great. He had great bedside manners. He asked me questions about my condition and discussed my treatment plan. I was late for my appointment but I did not feel rushed. I was able to ask questions and felt a lot better about my condition after meeting with the doctor. His staff was also nice and efficient.

Dr. Arora and his teams are hands down phenomenal and professional all the way. I don’t tend to leave reviews and was skeptic on doing so especially after only a few appointments but now it has been over a month that I’ve been going to this facility and have had a couple of treatments so I feel confident on my review. From my first appointment I was treated and greeted Dr. Arora makes you feel comfortable and is hands on. Coming from queens to Long Island has been a change I was a bit disheartened having to leave my regular dermatologist but I must say within 3 treatments I have seen exceptional results with My hyperpigmentation and acne. I am of darker complexion so Is not easy finding a doctor that can relate to my skin but he has and I’m sure I’ll keep on having improvements I have thanked him privately and now I think is only fair I thank him publicly. His staff is also welcoming and friendly at all time which is a reflection of his character and always feels that much better booking an appointment I’ve already recommended him to a friend and my family and for anyone reading this I recommend him to you as well.

If you’re reading this you value reviews just as my friend and I do. She found Dr. Arora on Zocdoc and recommended him to me because he has such good reviews. I am so glad she did!!! I made my appointment Friday and was seen Tuesday (Monday was a holiday). I went over my issues with the medical asst and then with the doctor. He took the time to understand my concerns and then explained what he could do to help, and then once he had my permission he took care of it. Never in my life have I had a dermatology visit be so seamless and productive. I literally told him “who knew healthcare could be so easy?!” I should also mention the other staff who helped make things run smoothly and also that the office is beautiful and clean.

I enjoy coming here! Dr. Arora and staff are very welcoming and attentive. The office is clean and never overcrowded which is a plus during times like these! Recently - I had developed an abscess, called the office and they were able to see me right away. Although I was nervous because an incision had to be done, the process was fast and easy! Dr. Arora made sure I understood everything that was being done. I recommend coming here!
