Purchased an above ground pool ladder that's designed for decks. I was in the process of building my deck and the ladder sat in the box for 2 weeks. Once I opened the box I realized the screws and instructions were missing and the ladder had minor evidence of being used. At this point I called Chad and boy was I ready for a fight but Chad never skipped a beat and made everything good, sure glad I held my tongue that few extra minutes. Thanks Chad

I called and asked about getting a underwater light for my pool. Once they asked if I got my pool from them and I said no it was an entire different tone. He was extremely short and rude so much to the point I turned my car around and didn’t go to their store. This was on June 1, 2020. I told him he was being extremely rude and didn’t seem to want to explain anything or answer any questions and he said...Oh well. I hung up.

Got a new pool liner last summer. This summer its leaking. After visiting with Splash and calling the numbers given to repair, I still have a liner with a hole. Sorry customer service when you have an issue. I've used Splash for years. No more.
