too disappointed I started a treatment 2018 after so many budgets and tortures showed me a value of my treatment 46,000.00 they asked for a 20% deposit to start at case it would be 9,200.00 to start the treatment. I already paid 17,000.00 in cash I am tired of calling them, they will already change dentists for 4 in my case, one pushes to the other, but nothing to continue my treatment. I must have at least 50 text messages plus voice mail.

Slow slow slow, quoted one price didn't include fees, now they lost payments and say it's a bank problem bank says they are paid and I'm in the middle out the . Add 25% to any quote and expect it to take twice the time as a regular orthodontist. Got a few quotes before was told it was a super easy job, think my teeth are worst then when I started honestly. If your just looking for a small adjustment this isn't the place.
My father went here to have his tooth removed. The intern working on him broke his tooth in half, and in trying to get the rest they sliced his jaw open. After panicking and rushing him into surgery, they loaded him up full of drugs, then kicked him out at 5:00 and told him too bad because they were closing and had to go home. It is now 10:30 at night and his jaw inside of his mouth is still bleeding and he is worried about going to bed. I wouldn't send my dog here, and if I could give 0 stars I would.
My adult son went today to their ER. He was seen quickly. They were caring and compassionate, gentle and kind. Soon to be Dr. Omar (his first name) was great! It was busy and bustling, but my so got Omar’s full attention. The reviews about having to wait-um, it’s a city clinic where students are working hard and not rushing through their work (thank heavens!). Highly recommend.
