I wish I could give 0 stars. Every time I've dealt with Housing I've, and other students, have been given false information and received little to no help whatsoever. When I went to retrieve my items during the summer, no one knew where my items were. It took almost 3 hours to finally locate my items, and by that time I was supposed to have been done already. I was told to hurry up and \get a move on\ when it was Housing's fault in the first place for making me late. And now, after we were told our summer storage would be available for pickup and we wouldn't need to schedule delivery, apparently there was a confusion with UPS and we do, in fact, have to schedule a delivery. Why were we not told? Why is housing so incredibly unhelpful? If only I knew.
People who work here refuse to accommodate your concerns and preferences. Instead, they keep sugarcoating or bluntly deny your request. No transparency. It seems like they are either very lazy, rude, or don't care a damm about their jobs
If I could give this department 0 stars I would do it in a heartbeat. I don't even really need to explain myself. If you have to deal with them...you'll know.
