I've been going to E.B. Horn Jewelers for years and always have a wonderful experience! The staff is knowledgeable, personable, and after a few trips in, they even start to treat you like family. My fiancé found my engagement ring at E.B. Horn and it literally couldn't be more perfect!!

Doug was so great and easy to work with. We emailed pictures back and forth of the pendant we were looking for and when he had it, we went into the store and he made sure everything was perfect before we purchased it. The store, although small, was clean and everyone wore masks and was spread out. This is not the first time we purchased jewelry at E.B. Horn. We will always go back because of the great service, prices and, of course, jewelry.

I've purchased a number of items of jewelry from EB Horn as gifts for my wife and daughters. They are a treasure and hidden gem in Boston, having been in business here for literally almost 200 years. I've never been rushed or pushed into anything, and the items I've purchased have been fairly priced and authentic. I recommend then to anyone. The sales staff are all deeply knowledgeable and have years of experience. With all the newly opened jewelry stores trying to sell cheap knock-offs to tourists in downtown Boston, it's good to know there's at least one place you can trust. It's the only place downtown I go for jewelry.

The owner Richard and his staff are very knowledgeable, accommodating and very pleasant to work with. I wouldn't buy my jewelry anywhere else.
