If it’s very stormy or windy, it’s actually best to stay off of the promenade walk at it’s outermost points near Head Island as the waves can potentially overflow it. Would require gale force winds or greater.
great place to relax, old and young, lot of history, monuments, windsurfing and yoga , yoga was great, tried it once but I am too busy, going to try windsurfing, but the sign stated daisy face flow for yoga, 10.00 at beach, looks like they all enjoy it, they are there a few times a week, i think., peace out
