I went to the Melting Pot for my birthday with my boyfriend and we absolutely loved it! I thought the service was outstanding- everyone was polite and informative. The food was delicious and the drinks were even better. We will definitely be going back here again!

Disgusting! Cheap ingredients, basically just cheap melted cheese, very different than real Swiss cheese fondue! Unappetizing- things like apples with cheese fondue- odd. Also the fondue took way too long to get warm, they should have preheated it. So unhealthy and sickening in general too big portions. The salad was bad with way to much dressing. Desert was too sweet. Do not go here!
We went there on a Monday night for an early dinner. The restaurant was completely empty yet we were seated in the far back corner. The waitress kept coming back every 5 minutes asking if we'd like to order more which we found very annoying. We felt rushed and i just don't understand why as the restaurant was empty. I've been to the same location many other times and every time I leave disappointed with bad service, being rushed etc. Portion sizes have also drastically changed. Beware the pricing on the menu as well. The prices shown are per person although it does not say so anywhere.
Long wait time for the service. The concept is similar to hot pots, but with bad ingredients and portions that are too small. Only came to see what the hype was about, but really disappointed.
Comfy place and nice cheese fondue (different from the one we have in France though, go to the Wine Cellar for authentic taste)! However, we got charge for more than what the website's promotion was advertising, which was an unpleasant surprise.
