My install was a bit complicated. The Bottini Team made multiple visits to make confirm how the propane line would run. The install went well and they guys even noticed that my hot water heater was installed incorrectly and fixed it. I was satisfied with the entire process.
Service has always been reliable, appointments kept, work competent Service on my property in the middle of the woods has always been rather difficult, but the guys have always managed to complete the work without complaint.
I've only had great experiences with Bottini. They call to remind me that I'm due for a fill up, which is great because I don't have to remember this. And scheduling a delivery usually happens within a day. Any time a service technician has come to our home they have been friendly, kind, thorough, and took time to answer my questions. They are flexible with payment options, so I can leave a check, or pay by credit card, which allows me to pick the best method for my current finances. Overall I'd give Bottini a thumbs up.
I'm hesitant to post negative feedback. But... if you are in business and your employee doesn't do the job right the first time, that's okay, sometimes it takes a second look to see what's gone wrong. However, if you schedule a return visit and don't bother to call when you know you can't make it, it starts to get annoying. This is only my second year with Bottini. Maybe it will get better? We'll see. It's been a couple of weeks and I'm happy to add to this post. It's been my pleasure to work with all the great people at Bottini fuel. A big shout out to Sunny for his expertise and warmth. From two to five stars!
